Neighborhood Directory
The board does want to put together an updated directory so I thought I would collect as many homeowner's info from you all here and contact everyone else by mail. If you object to posting your info here or are trying to remain anonymous that is perfectly fine. I will send out an info sheet in the next couple of weeks to gather anyone I am missing. I am making most things optional out of respect for those who don't want to share too much info.

Reasons for choosing CP: To be honest, Luis really sold us the house, but the neighbors we met before we put an offer on the house were what sold us on the community. We saw over 100 homes in the Atlanta area before falling in love with our house. We want to raise our family here for the next 10+ years and also watch our investment grow (so much upside to our houses!!!).

We are neighbors you may never see. Steve currently works nights and tries to sleep during the day. I work days and leave around 6 AM and don't get home until around 7 PM most nights.
We weren't even thinking about buying a new home when we stumbled upon Charleston Park but we fell in love with the uniqueness of the homes so here we are!
